Cold-Chain Delivery You Can Rely On

Every delivery leaves our facility in insulated boxes with pharmaceutical-grade gel packs, maintaining temperatures between -18°C (frozen) and +2°C to +4°C (fresh). Our drivers are trained in food-safe handling procedures.

Temperature-Controlled VehiclesOur vans are equipped with dual-zone refrigeration: -20°C for frozen and +2°C for fresh products simultaneously.
Insulated PackagingAll orders packed in EPS foam boxes with long-lasting gel packs. Products stay cold for up to 6 hours after delivery.
Live Delivery TrackingReceive an SMS when your order is dispatched. Our team will call you 30 minutes before arrival.

We operate delivery runs every day of the week. Orders placed before the cutoff receive same-day service. After cutoff, delivery is next morning by 10:00.
