1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the FreshFreeze website (freshfreezeankaradelivery.com) or placing an order with us by phone, email or contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

FreshFreeze reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. About Our Service

FreshFreeze is a food delivery service operating in Istanbul, Turkey. We provide:

• Delivery of fresh and frozen fish and seafood products
• Delivery of fresh vegetables, fruits and produce
• Delivery of dairy products and eggs
• Weekly grocery box delivery service
• Bulk supply services for restaurants and businesses

All orders are placed by telephone or via our contact form. We do not operate an online shopping cart or automated checkout system.

3. Placing an Order

How to Order

Orders may be placed by:

• Sending a WhatsApp message to the same number
• Completing the contact form on our website

Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed when a FreshFreeze representative verbally or in writing confirms product availability, price and delivery details. We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations.

Prices

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change without notice, based on market conditions and seasonal availability. The confirmed price communicated by our representative at the time of ordering is the binding price.

4. Delivery Terms

• Delivery is available within the Istanbul metropolitan area as specified on our Delivery page.
• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays and 13:00 on Saturdays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including traffic, weather events, or access restrictions at the delivery address.
• Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you and may reschedule delivery.

5. Payment

Payment is accepted upon delivery only. We accept:

• Cash (Turkish Lira)
• Debit and credit card (via portable terminal)

We do not accept advance payment or online payment at this time.

6. Product Quality

We take every measure to ensure the quality and freshness of our products. All frozen products are stored and transported at correct temperatures. However:

• FreshFreeze does not provide quality guarantees or warranties beyond the standard obligations required under Turkish consumer protection law.
• If you believe a product delivered was not of acceptable quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will investigate all reported quality issues and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or credit on a future order.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this window may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover preparation and logistics costs.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the FreshFreeze website — including text, images, logos, design and code — is the property of FreshFreeze and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

FreshFreeze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
